My name is Dalton Wainscott and I am currently an Athletics Photographer for the University of North Carolina. Previously I worked for Indiana Athletics as a Photography Intern where I was the Team Photographer for Softball and Volleyball for 3 years. I also worked with all 24 sports teams. During my time at Indiana I photographed home and away games, events, studio portraiture as well as many NCAA postseason appearances.

 

I hold a (B.F.A) in Photography from Indiana University and a (B.S.) from Kansas State University in Journalism and Mass Communications with a film studies certificate. 

 

I am experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Photo Mechanic, PhotoShelter, Sidearm, Live Editing and Asset Management. I am well versed in sports, portrait and studio photography with both Canon and Nikon camera systems. 

 

During my time at Kansas State I served as a Photography Intern for the University Photo Department. I also worked as the Multimedia Editor from 2019-2021 for the Collegian Media Group where I gained valuable experience in feature and profile writing.
